You may use our Search Engine appearing on the home page and every shopping page. Simply key in the product name, its brand name or both in the fields provided and press “Search”. All relevant items will be shown in a second.

We keep your order history for the latest 24 months. You may click into Order History to view your order status. 

6. What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?

9. Will I receive any confirmation for my order?

Our delivery service team will call you within 24 hours to arrange delivery. If your order is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when the new stock becomes available.

Online payment

You may pay us by Wing On Charge Card, Visa Card, MasterCard or American Express Card. Your credit card data are scrambled by industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software so that no one can read them during transmission over the Internet. 

Cash on Delivery 

Customer can also choose the payment method of Cash on Delivery (C.O.D).  After you choose the button of C.O.D, our customer service officer will contact you within 24 hours.  After making the confimation, our courier will delivery the goods to you.  You can pay the payment to our courier after you check the product.
